FAQ

Common questions

Something else you need to know? Call 1800 WE LIFT or email the team.

Are site inspections really free?

Yes. We'd rather see the site before the day than find a problem on it. Inspections are part of how we plan lifts.

Can I hire operators, dogmen or riggers on their own?

Talk to us about your project. We supply licensed crews with our equipment and can discuss labour requirements for your job.

What does a lift plan include?

Typically the crane and its set-up position, outrigger loads and pads, lift radius and capacity, the load path, exclusion zones, and site hazards such as power lines and access constraints. We tailor it to your site's requirements.

Can I hire equipment or book a lift outside business hours?

Our office is open 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries, collections and work outside those hours can be scheduled by arrangement. Just let us know when you enquire.
